If the stuff seems to work then it probably is OK ..
I have never had a problem at the pharmacy that I go to and I think most are honest as they want the repeat business.
I have been going to KS for a long time now and have referred quite a few people to him and I have never heard a complaint .. I think other pharmacies are probably similar .. KS just happens to be very convenient for me as I walk by it almost every day .. I eat and shop at the TOPS in the basement of the Delta Grand Pacific ..

Okay fellows tell me which pharmacy is the closes to landmark hotel where i can get the real viagra. Ofcourse I will buy the pack of four but just don't a take my chances on fake once. I have a option to buy from U.S before I get to LOS but I don't need pack of 10. Four will be good enough for me

There are so many pharmacies in that area.. one is next to the gas station that is near NEP.. they are all over the place.. biggest thing is to make sure that you get an honest pharmacy and the only way is to get recommendations??
The one I go to is down by Robinson's .. three doors away in the direction of the Landmark. KS Pharmacy, small place with a little sign .. ask for Khun Naris or Khun Sunee and tell them that you heard about them on the internet so give a good price .. I have been going to his shop for about ten years and never had bad advice.. prices seem good as friends who have gone there say that he is often cheaper than other shops..
they sell the real Viagra and the Indian variety.. the Indian stuff is cheaper and seems to work as well based on what I hear.

I bought 2 blisters of four tabs in somewhere along the second road.
It was my first try and I must say that they worked great (especially because the prolonged activity).. BUT I noticed something that made me quite curious...
The tabs looked like they were put inside the blister in a random way.
I try to explain better... one of those tabs has the Pfizer logo in one side and reports the weight in mg in the other side.
In the first blister 3 of the tabs had the logo up (visible), while the fourth had the logo on the bottom side (the weight was visible).
In the second blister all the four tabs were put with the logo on the bottom side.
Uhhmmm.... even if those tabs worked, I wondered if a big pharmaceutical house as Pfizer wouldn't have take care of that aspect (the way and the order how the tabs are packed inside the blisters).
So.. here goes the question for the forum participants... do anybody of you have the opportunity to take a look to a 100% surely authentic Pfizer blister? How the pills are packed inside?
If we know that Pfizer packs the pills in a precise way, and always in that way, then we may have just found a way to detect fake tabs.
Actually, fake tabs do not mean that they do not contain the active principle called Sildenafil Citrate. It may be present in lower concentration (get a pill and made two from it)... or may means that it is Sildenafil Citrate made in LOS (there is a big chemical industry in China manufacturing the intermediates for Sildenafil Citrate, and I doubt that Pfizer is their client).
Also... anybody out there did try the Indian version? If so, can report how it was? (the only fact he will reply will mean that at least he's still alive.. ha ha).
Anyway.. a word of caution with that stuff, guys. If you've heart problems or get medicines that act as Nitrogen Oxyde donors, you should not even think of swallowing one of those blue pills.

hi all,
i chanced upon this phamarcy with a sign board that says "we sell some medication without prescription too" along Patpong (next to the Tawana Hotel).
further inquiry reveals that i can purchase "Xana, Diazepam, Valium, Paroxetine and a couple brand of sleeping and weight-loss pills, all from the counter and without any doctors' prescription!!
well, i doubt they are geniuine cos some medication eg. Paroxetine and Diazepem are all sold very cheaply, which arouse my suspicition!!

Buy the Valium with confidence. Not sure about the generic diazepam but the Valium is real and makes the plane rides great (sleep the whole way) The blue 10mg should be 50 baht for a 10 pill blister pack and the 5mg are 35 baht for a 10 pill blister pack. depending on where you are returning to, may want to stick to the yellow 5mg tabs as the blue boys are easily spotted by customs. The yellows are less common and work the same.

the term "Khun" is merely used as Mrs. or Miss.... The second part is their name. If you're female and your name is, say, Mary-Anne (I love Gilligan's Island!) Then your name would likely be Khun Mary-Anne.
If anybody knows more, then they might correct me on this. I know very little Thai. When I was a young girl, my father taught me how to sweet-talk a Thai woman into bed, and how to say thank you. Don't think he realized that his darling daughter was going to use those very same words in her own LOS escapades so long after the war!
