KY or Durex Gel Available in most 7/11. Obviously the closer you get to P4P area the more chances you have to get it.
PB with Durex Gel is that the tube is in hard plastic which makes it not too easy to carry in your pocket 
But as a matter of Fact Durex Gel is much easier to use and does not get as sticky as KY.

I finally bought mine in the pharmacy which is located near Robinson's on Sukhumvit.
I also met one newbie (she claimed that it was her first time by the back door) during my short stay in Bangkok.
And, yes she did appreciate!
