thanks for all who responded
my temp tgf took me to a place in klong toei - brand new facility with new equipment and nice young ladies as dentists (at first I thought maybe too young - but I guess im aging : (
bottom lin, I did a lot of searching of the standards: bumrungrad, dental home, president park dentasl and they all were 50 - 70% more than this place, and very good service.
on a biz trip to NA but will be back in a few weeks if anyone wants details.

Anyone have any idea about Klong Toei, and what Dentist he could possible be referring to?

I was thinking of getting some dental work done in LOS if it's good (and cheaper). It's good to hear these recommendations, but if it's not too much to ask...
ANY IDEA how much it would cost, per filling/tooth to have amalgam replaced with modern tooth-coloured composites? Of course my fillings range from small to large (very) but just some rough figures would be much appreciated, F.

had this done in chang mai 2 years ago
7 fillings replaced with white ceramic type filling
teeth bleached all fo 8000 bhat
good job no problems since
if I remeber it was anything from 200-400 per fillig on his price list
but he did a deal with all the work he did on me

Sorry for those asking about the dentist, I was on the road just returned to BKK nnow
I cannot post the adddy here as I have it only in thai, it is about a 15 min walk from the klong toei MRT. best is to call them as they can speak anglish and have them tell the taxi where to take you, use the mrt to get close if you wish.
the numbers is 02 249 7789-90
it is called the "dental home"
i have had only positive experiences, did a root canal, filling, cleaning and more to go.
