Almost any pharmacy in Pattaya has them. An older friend of mine who has been married for 40 years came to Thailand with me in January and he decided to try some of the blue pills for the hell of it, he paid 500B each (1800 for a 4 pack) and said that he was ready to go 3 times that night, on a good week back home he is good to go maybe 1 time with his wife, maybe that is the reason he came to LOS with me.

Bigin, i beleive they are real indian 'pink' pills, since pinga was getting very anxious after he, phantom v, and santa klaus went soapy bar hopping. after the4th or 5th place, pinga kept saying, "okay guys, the next place is the one."

I have had no reason to buy penagra in BKK but I would say that if you buy the four-tablet foil, you can be pretty sure its the genuine stuff. Don't buy them loose from a bottle. They are not marketed that way. Some of the other bros have posted the names of some of the reliable pharmacies that would be safe to patronise.
BK has scanned a penagra foil and put it on this website. I will try and find the url and post it here again.

I've been out to LOS a few times now, but still consider myself a bit of a newbie on certain issues. My main worry is STDs, as I'm not upto speed with antibiotics and so on. Can anyone shed some light on whats available, anything preventative or do you just have to hope for the best and get treated should anything crop up. Is there a good one stop shop for Viagra/Penagra and and a clean up kit ? Any non patronizing advice welcome.

give Chinatown a try, tell the mand behind the counter what the task is, and he will mixup some great stuff, it wont be political correct viagra, rather some tiger teeth and shar kfin with a slize of whatever, but it will work wonders and make you feel different, besides think about the story to tell when going back home

Most of the pharmacies are pretty good. One of the problems is finding one where the staff speaks good English..
I use KS pharmacy on Sukhumvit, same side of the street as Robinsons and three doors away.. why wander to Chinatown or other areas when there is a place nearby..
Friend just emailed me and said he bought a four pack of the Penagra (pink, Indian Viagra) for B650.. this was for four 100mg and they will split in two for you..
Ask for Khun Naris or Khun Sunnee .. both speak good English..
If you think you have an STD then go to a VD clinic .. there are many of them there..
Another precaution I take is to always have some Cipro with me .. if I start to feel like I might have food poisoning I start taking it .. you can get really sick there and at the first sign of the trots or vomiting, get some help..
