I just bought Kamagra at the suk pharmacy as desribed above for 200 baht for 4. Works fine, ignore the scare stories. Only thing I would say with all of these penis enlargers, I only take a nibble from the tablet for perfet results. I would estimate about 1/20th of a tablet.
The effect is almost instant and good for the day/night. The thought of taking half or the whole tablet is too much to contemplate!

It would be the one described as the larger of the two with glass counter down one side. It's not hard to find, near the corner of Suk and Nana.

I bought Kamagra and Penagra from that pharmacy all during the month of October (and also bought the Kamagra gel, which I didn't like so much) and it all worked fine, same as the Indian generics always have. They sell a lot there, so what they have doesn't sit on the shelf a long time. Been buying there for years, and not yet had a problem, knock on wood.

yep would have to agree ! dont self diagnose medicate your ailments !
many low cost generic meds from those pharms react weaker or cause other harms
headache central from those generic V drugs !

Up to you of course. I have tried the real and unbranded (you call it fake, not sure why) with the same results.
Incidentally, as some guys seem to be having problems finding either in BKK I did some research and asked in the small pharmacy 5 yards off Suk in Soi 22.
Instant 'yes sir, 400 baht for pack of 4 Kamagra' Seems to me it's available in many (most) ? places. Not hard to find.

... for those who have lived here more than just a few years, and experienced Thai culture up close and personal, we know of what the overwhelming majority of Thais are capable of doing to people (even children) so they can get money.
