I'm guilty of misusing these things as my equipment works, but just comes alive a lot more when I took V.
Since Cialis is supposed to be for a longer period, does it provide the same general friskiness for the duration or just for the first session?

@ Fizzy : for me I get relatively the same effects for 30-36 hours for generic Tadalafil (generic Cialis). The first day is obviously the most solid. The 2nd and 3rd day is still pretty darn hard.

The effects of Cialis are pretty amazing...it doesn't keep you hard nonstop for 36 hours, but at any point during that time period that you "need it," BOOM...it's there. Alcohol or no alcohol (which is the main reason I take such things, to counter the effects of alcohol on the little guy...without the alcohol, though, I could never bring myself to enter any of those bars, haha).
I'd take Cialis exclusively if only it didn't give me those nasty-ass headaches...

Take some aspirin when you take the Cialis. They are compatible. I've never had a headache from Cialis, i.e., Genuine Cialis, but won't use Viagra due to the side effects (like headaches).

I heard ( never got one ) that Cialis Gel is better than tablets. Is this true ? I tried to buy Gel product,but always I am told it is sold out.....am talking about most of the pharmacies in bangkok. Which one are you talking about Vox, Samsonite ?

Genuine Cialis only comes in tablet form. The sizes are 2.5mg, 5mg (both for daily use), and 10mg and 20mg (either one to taken once every 36 hours). Anything else is not genuine and probably a knockoff out of Indian or China. The patent on Cialis has five more years to run, but the patent on Viagra expires towards the end of this month, March 2012.

Maybe no doctors in the house...but, anyone know if these are compatible if one is taking high blood pressure meds?
I don't really need the help, but I figured I'd give it a whirl just to see how they work. But I am on a calcium channel blocker AND an ACE inhibitor for HBP, so a bit concerned with any bad reactions.
I hope to speak to my doctor beforehand, but my trip is fast approaching.

It doesn't matter when the patents expire because Indian pharmaceuticals have been ignoring the patents for the past decade. The same pharmaceuticals that sell hundreds of millions of $ in other meds the US (and therefore under US FDA approval).... Ajanta, Cipla, Ranbaxy, etc.
