You are 100% right about it, but I'm 100% certain Mel will give you some lame rationale about his smoking does not at all endanger his children -- an assumption based on the delusion that his children are not smart. Talking about the smoking ban. Last night in several bars (Apache, Shark) no smoker to be seen.
Also as reported, a guy wanted to light up in Angel Witch and was reprimanded immediately.
A pity, a place where the ban would really make it a nicer place is Thermae... no sign of the ban there.
