I am having implant work done at Bangkok International Dental Center. My cost is $1500us an implant. The going price seems to be between $1500-$1600 in BKK per implant from all the research I've done emailing different dentists.

So if you happen to be comming to BKK and it falls on the same time you are due to get a regular cleaning. Considering that cost is not that much even at home for just a cleaning nothing else.
Is it worth it to bother to skip the normal dental check up at home and do it in BKK instead?
Just happens I need a cleaning and also am heading to BKK.
Either I want to get the cleaning done before I go or if a better idea get it done in BKK. Want to have a nice and clean mouth before I kiss all those girls you know.
Yes, yes I know they have kissed/swallowed almost everything before don't remind me

OK....I'm lazy and don't want to read through the thread....but I was wondering if the local BTF brothers know of a reasonable place for LASER WHITENING!....And what's the going rate? Saw on stickmans site...[came up on a google...i swear]..said that Bangkok Hospial was 11,500 for laser....sounds expensive. Anyway, someone holla at me awite!

Be sure that's what you want - laser whitening costs more than it's worth, and the effect is only temporary AND a huge difference. Home bleaching kits (the ones with an LED light) do an amazingly better job.

DDuck...you're probably right, but for some reason whitening kits can't be shipped to where I'm at...and being a part of the instant gratification league, I'll have little time to buy it in bkk when I land, use it and have a winning smile for the RT that Friday night!!!! So I think I let someone stun my gums!

Had serious dental work done at BankokSmiles Sukhumvit. 4 extractions one bridge + 4 crones. Excellent service no pain. The best it is 30% of the price here in Norway, will be back in a few months to second repairjob. Can recommend them to anyone.
