What is the difference between Panagra and the real thing? Olny the price?

In both cases the active ingredient is same.
In both cases, if your cyclic GMP system is normal, you will get no benefit. Except maybe a placebo effect.
This stuff helps some people who need it, if you don't need it it won't turn you in Superman.
It's an instance of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

GMP stands for guanosine monophosphate, which along with nitric oxide, is one of the chemicals that causes relaxation of the erectile tissue, to give you an erection.
Sildenafil citrate (Viagra) blocks the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), that is responsible for breaking down cGMP
Men who don't produce a sufficient amount of cyclic GMP will have problems achieving an erection. Likewise, men with high levels of the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) will have problems maintaining an erection.

This is not true, I am 100% fine in that dept., tried it recreationally once and my little Marine was standing at attention all night (this was 1/2 Viagra)
It doesnt shoot any more bullets, but it will stand still for L/T =P

I took some Penagra last time. I normally don't need it but then again, I normally don't bang as much either, but after a marathon 2 weeks of banging, someone slipped me some. It wont make you instantly hard and you do have to work for it but it gets you there. As KMan said, if you dont have the bullets, it won't help you out in that dept but will keep you going (Chemical Trantic? ). I would say there are 3 factors involved 1)The ingredients itself, 2)The placebo effect, and 3)Your natural abilities. May work well for some, may not for others. If you don't really need it, then don't take it but if you are frustrated and need something, try it out.
Remember, when it comes down to it "size does matter" and "it doesn't happen to other guys"! Just kidding - 555!
