I have read a lot here about girls from Eden, Baron, Annie's or even Mistress Gaow who allow any of their customers to cum in their mouth. As far as my knowledge on HIV is accurate, there is a high risk of contracting HIV by such practice. Or is there any new miracle that I have missed ?

Wow... There is a lot of info. there. I suppose the bottom line is that there is some risk, no matter how small, if having bbbj.
But I have decided that it is worth it 'cos I am not in a relationship. But I do realise that it is a personal decision and everyone must make their own choice.

But, it does show why many females will not allow a man to cum in their mouths. Since they are at the greatest risk of contracting the HIV virus from it.

are people scared to touch a woman?,after all these questions about can i get this or that from doing this or that.
you can catch a disease from your local shop,but do you worry or think about it?.
if you are so concerned about things then why are you here?,why are you are going to thailand or even going with women?.
any sexual activity carries a risk,but if you are worried then do not even look at a woman let alone touch them.

There is certainly not enough information and education in Thailand and amongst the working girls in the bars and clubs.
I find it very sad that some girls put them selves at very high risks for small amounts of money ,in fact no money is enough to have unprotected sex.
I advertise and do preform oral without a condom , but I really do make the choice at the time of meeting.I am very very aware of the dangers , my own health always comes first , If I am unsure of the man I do not do it , I am not saying I am a doctor and I can tell if a man is infected or not , I can't , but my caution has helped me stay free of STD's..
Just as unfare are the men who ask the girls to preform sex unprotected ,there are both foolish and selfish , most if not all european men visiting bangkok generally have a higher level of education than the local girls ,they them selves should set the example and respect the girls body and life as well as there own.
I have refered to european men but I can assure you it does include men from all over the world who visit Bangkok to enjoy themselves sexually .
Better be safe than sorry.

I am sorry, but I will have to disagree with you. This is not hysteria. Infact, this is what I would call educational if anything. If we were hysterical, then we would use phrases like " I will NEVER has sex again, or sex is bad." On the contrary, I believe the information presented was taken as something for each individual to think about and to make their own decisions on.
I do not see anything wrong with people asking about something that can KILL you. Infact, I would rather someone ask about HIV, safe sex, ect, then what time does a go go bar close because I want to get laid. Don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with asking those kindas of questions. But, I give credit to Jeffbkk for opening up a topic that can help educate us all.
This is not directed at Nokna, but my opinion is that anyone that goes out and has sex that puts either themselves or their partners at risk without knowledge of those risks is irresponsible and ignorant.

Kudo's to you for your opinions and also making sure you are clean and safe. I agree that it is sad that more people, males and females are not as educated on safe sex, and prevention and transmission.

Thanks for all for your information, especially ABC. So, my fears are true and there is a high risk that the girl get infected by such practice. The point is that all the girls that we are talking about in almost all posts (Baron's, Annie's, Eden's), and that we suggest as being the ones to try out, are the ones that have, theorically, the highest risk of being already infected. That was just a thought that crossed my mind this week-end. This should not stop all of you from having sex with them but keep it in mind. It is basically the same when you go to Cambodia, where a high percentage of girls are HIV-positive. You still have sex with them but you do less foolish things.
