OK, I am not a Dr but this has been bothering me for a while....
Have you ever turned over a girl and went to finger her ass or even for some anal action and upon close inspection notice that she has a small ball-shaped piece of skin on her rosebud?
It doesnt look like a what the stereotypical genital herpes breakout looks like with the redness, blisters, sores, etc (dont ask how I know), rather it simply looks like a tiny ball of skin attached to her brown-eye. I dont know what to make of it, is it genital/anal herpes or is it just a freakish but harmless mark from birth?
I've seen it on a few girls so far and usually steer clear upon discovery but am I being too paranoid or should I be diagnosing the situation for them and telling them to go see a Dr?

More than likely it's a haemmoroid (pile) - a distended vein from within the recton or around the anus which has exteriorized, If the blood within it clots then it becomes painful. They are a particular hazard of pregnancy (along with poor diet in both sexes).
There's a girl in BGS7 who has a huge one, almost like a testicle (no, it's not, I've checked all the other anatomy ;^) )

Very common in women especially after child-birth.
Very easily fixed these days ( they use to BURN it with a soldering iron OUCH!!!!)
Now tucked back inside and a stich or two.
CHILLIES or hot food have nothing to do with it,,,but sitting on cold cement / rocks apparently does.
Anal sex also can ascerbate the problem.
Is extremely dangerous for the man if performing unprotected back-door sex, the pile if often opened by the friction and the increase in chances of blood to blood contact is GREATLY increased.
