Sure they do. I saw a Thai gal this morning wearing one on the back of a motocy. Hubby was driving. And they were clear out in Samut Sakhon at the time, very near to the sea. And last week, I saw a farang guy who was well into his 40s using one while riding a bicycle down the sidewalk on Suhkumvit (around soi 43).
I'm not sure though that 'finding the best' ought to be your most important criteria. Finding one that sits on the face well and feels comfy there while your going about your day will, in the long run, be more important if you ask me. eg. Avoid types with lots of rubber or plastic exposed to the skin. And think in terms of- "how comfy will this thing be while I'm sweating bullets under the tropical sun wearing it?"
