howdy,
back and butt waxing has been discussed, but any of you local people know of a place that will laser the evil butt hair?
i know the process usually takes some time, but if people are staying for a little longer (1month +) maybe the savings would be good enough to get it done in BKK...

Can't talk about butt hair, but lasering in general:
- it requires at minimum 5 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart.
- a 1 month stay would not be enough. You are talking about a minimum 6-8 months commitment.
- prices for laser depilation treatments have not been much different to similar prices in California.
I have a place that I frequent, which charges by the minute of laser treatment (i.e. you pay $150 for 15 minutes) and they will do as many areas as can be done in those 15 minutes. This is far more economical, especially for a guy, than the 'per region' pricing common in this field.
I'm in the process of getting annoying (to me) hair removed on my fingers, neckline, lower back (which hurts like a bitch), and neck and cheeks (I dislike facial hair). While the hair there is minimal, at best, its mere presence just bugs me. Hence, death by laser!
Some areas don't hurt, some hurt like hell, but it's transitory. They offer topical anesthetic cream, but I find that rather pointless.
Haven't considered getting the ass lasered, though not sure I'd want to....
