Ok, prior to my sight-seeing vacation in March, I got immunation shots for (excuse any typos):
Typhoid (lasts 3 years)
Polio (lasts 10 years)
Hypetitis-A (lasts forever, 2 shots 6-12 month apart)
Now, for this trip, I've taken:
AntiTetenus (lasts 10 years) as previous shot just lapsed
Hypetitis-A (finishing shot to become 100% immune)
Hypetitis-B (2 shots 3 weeks apart with a 3rd shot 6-12 month later).
Further, I've bought 1000mg Vitamin-C pills which I'll start taking a week prior to flight to raise my Ph levels as someone on this forum mentioned and bought Listerine (in that lovely shade of urine) to keep my mouth (and the girl's) extra clean.
Is there any other shot/regiment I should take to minimize any chance of falling sick?
Also, I must mention that during my 1 month trip during March-April, I drank lots of Fruit Shakes, mixed drinks. Ate lots of local food (not from the stalls though) and wasn't sick for one day through it all...

Had a doctor once advise me that if you are from Europe or USA, it is good idea when in ASIA for a long time to ensure you eat a regular source of Calcium, as apparently the western diet is high in this stuff and the Asian diet is not as much, and your body will suffer from withdraw.
e.g. tiredness, lack of energy.
Sounds a lot of Crap to me, but I thought I would pass the info on.
Personaly, these are common symptons for around mid day when I am in BKK, but more to do with excessive living and alcohol and having to work the next day.

As for Hyp. Good to be immune and Hyp-B is sexually transmitted (not sure about A).

On the advice of the Health Department, I just went through the same regimen, Tetanus/diptheria, typhoid, Hep A and B, etc. f_cking tetanus shots hurt don't they?
Additionally, I picked up a prescription for Valium for the 19 hour flight. I also picked up a presecription for Cipro in the event of any serious attacks on my digestive tract.
I would also suggest bringing allergy medication if you have any allergy problems as well as covering any special problems you might have...for instance, I am allergic to bee stings - so bringing a bee sting kit.
Just make sure all bases are covered and it sounds as if you have.

Yeah, I need to grab some sleeping pills, I have a 16h flight with a 3h layover (I think, still not finalized).
I'm not allergic to anything and have a strong constitution and I'm not an alcohol binger so I should be ok.
I do wish there were some shots for the more common STDs.
As for the Tetanus shot, it wasn't that bad, the thing is, it feels as if my butt muscles are sore. Still, no biggy, I don't have an issue with these shots.

I'm the guy who suggusted the vitimin C. I started my extra c a few days ago. Cut your 1000 in half and do 500 for a few days. lets your body get use to the extra c. One week before I go I start eating one yogart a day till I come back. The bacteria in yogart are good for you and help prevent the shits. Looks like you covered all the bases. Now buy a pack of condoms and USE them. 3 days till showtime.

In my opinion the Hepatitus shots are pretty important, not specifically for Thailand but in general if you are travelling off the beat and track in Asia. No reason not to get them. There is a lot of that shit around these days and it is easy to catch...
However, as Sauron says, you aren't exactly going to Africa so don't get all in a fuss about it. I've been to Africa several times, and I DID get dosed up before my first trip there.
