I have had a skin irritation on my balls for a little while now, (since a trip to BKK 3 months ago). Nothing too serious just annoying, slightly red colour and occasional itching. This is not spreading or getting worse but doesnt seem to be improving either.
I have been to the docs twice now, and they dont seem able to suggest anything useful. Before embarrassing myself further whipping out my nether regions in front of a dermatologist, I wondered if any of the bro's had had anything similar?
At first I thought it was a fungal thing and went through the range of anti fungals, from Daktarin to lamisyl, but no real change. Medicated talc seems to deal with all the symptoms yet doesnt seem to solve the underlying problem.
Anyone had anything similar? Am I in imminent danger of my tackle falling off

Humm Buck ?? Ya probably got some sort of heat rash from gettin rubbed too hard, soap rash from too too many showers, or just maybe ol' topics yeast infection.
Guys can get yeast infection on the skin also due to hot and moist conditons and has little to do with sex.
Ya got to shave it all off and apply some sulfuric mycin or prescription cream. Usually a doctor that has traveled to topics or ex-vietnam medics can tell you what to use.
Just don't itch it or play with it cause it can spread all over your crotch. Keep away from mexican or issan food too; spices heat it up fierce.

I have similar symptoms once in a while and it is related to heat and sweating. Doctor recommends to apply Dermatop for a week. You'll see, it goes away, however, such things are recurring and you might get it again some months or even weeks later.
