my blackberry worked fine when I was there makes no difference if its t mobile or vodafone as if u have full int'l roaming then you will connect automatically to the nearest strongest network or you can choose manually what thai network u prefer i have now binned my blackberry and I have nokia's version - the E61 - seems to work fine when I was there with that too nokia about $300 blackberry about $400 where I live, handset only

hi can anyone provide me the information about blackberry? 1.is it enough to have s sim (prepaid or monthly abbonament) for using blackberry? 2.What is per hour charges? 3.what’s its monthly expenses? 4.can u use it as a notebook using the wireless internet line? thanks

I uae a HTC phone from AT&T..... just poppe din a SIM card, called 1-2 call, they walked you through the set up... and can access all my email and internet..... but it does eat up your time...... but for email, it is great.... then when back in the US, just change SIM card and settings back to wha tthey were and I am all ok.... I would assume Blackberry works the same...... by the way, what ever happened to Daffy Duck? Have not seen him here for a while....

In Thailand. for BB you need a sim thats always connected to gprs and this can be costly depending on your package. Best to use a second sim from AIS with monthly package thats 800 baht for unlimtied use of gprs.
