Not at all... Their was two tiers. The first tier was for the Southern provinces to be registered by the 15th of November. The second tier is for everywhere else by 31st of December.
I'm in fact registered mine without being in Thailand. I just can't help you 'would be terrorists' to do the same.
Of course we all know that this has NOTHING to do with mobile telephones being used as detonators.
Otherwise, why haven't they been going off willy nilly in all this time prior to the end of registration?
When did the employees of mobile telephone shops become experts in recognising forged ID cards?
It smacks of another scam by....

All,
Is there any more news about registration? Has it taken effect yet.
I am back in LOS next month and already own a 1-2-1 sim and am wondering if it will work or whether I need to invest in a new one?
