And, using a different SIM is certainly a solution, although switching SIM cards back and forth can be a pain on most mobiles.
Of course, very impractical.
A similar solution to the card would be a call back service...

Here is a place to buy this same card RIT is talking about (I think) but with a rate of 2 baht/min to USA. And it does not charge the SIM card balance at all for the call to the freephone number!! This is unlike services like deedial and a few other calling cards that use a local access number.

which calling card have the best quality when one calling thailand from USA? I have try several calling cards and most of them have inconsistent quality, sometime great reception, sometime not so good.
