you said the photo was photoshopped, so as the accuser its up to you to prove YOUR point, eg EVIDENCE
you provided one link to a dubious chatroom where in fact if you read it, people on there were saying its real and going against what the op had said
so what makes you think its a fake photo?
or you just cant bear to face reality that uncle steve is on his last legs?
as I said before, if it was a fake, it would have been taken down from that site by now or an injunction issued
so far its still being used as a recent photo of steve jobs

but as I said, its not for me to prove it IS real, if you provide evidence that it is photoshopped then fine, I would accept it
but so far you do your usual trick of ignoring the point and deflecting it back on me as if its my problem you dont like the photo?!

Your claims that it is being used by half the world's media is so far unsubstantiated.
You're the only one who needs to prove that the picture you refer to is genuine, and so far you are desperately avoiding that - your only "source" is a crap tabloid website, of which you claim it is legit because "a lawyer runs it".

It must eat you alive that your hopes of an AAPL stock crash have not come due when Jobs resigned (in fact, after losing 1% the next day, the stock is up over 10 points now, higher than it was before his resignation) - and I have no need to prove anything.
You frothing at the mouth does not necessarily lend you any more credibility, and frankly so far, your only "source" is a bottom-feeding tabloid that published an altered picture for sensationalism.

at least tell us WHY you think it is?
and again, TMZ didnt take the photo, an agency took the photo, TMZ bought it, im pretty sure they wouldnt buy a photo like that without checking it first, right?
and again (again!), surely by now you would have heard something official that its a fake, I mean people like you despise TMZ so much, now is your chance to publicly ridicule them and show them to be the tabloid trash that you so believe
my point about the ownership is that considering how litigious USA is, it would be foolish for a newsite to publish such a photo if it was fake
a lawyer would know the risks
