Must call some girl,from AIS mobile,but in a way she wont see my number at all.In Israel u can do it by pressing 043 before the number.How can I do it in LOS?
Urgent and important issue,plz help.

To my knowledge, there is no simple way of hiding your number if you are using a cell phone on the Thai telephone/cell network calling peer to peer. Unless you go through a 3rd party agency, like a calling card. I do not know of a way to manually turn this function off on the phones.
Maybe if you go to MBK they can reprogram the phone to deactivate this function. Let me know if you find a way. I've been looking to deactivate this function as well!! ha ha ha!!
** ThaiPrivateEye or bkkz, might know more, since they live there!!!
PS: Interesting home page. Went to the same place in Ko Samui. Took the same type of pictures!! ha ha ha!!

- If you use a mobile from overseas, it will either show nothing, or the Thai divert number, but in any case, the girl will know it is not a local, Thai number. If you deactivate the caller ID on a Thai phone, it will not work - I can only make calls locally without showing any phone ID by using an overseas mobile on auto roam, with caller ID switched off. - otherwise I just call from a hotel lobby/pay phone. - Maybe I can make a call for you, contact me thru my web page if you like ....

Thanks guys I'll try to find out.It's Motorola Timeport from Orange company,outside Thailand,I just bought One-2 Call sim card in MBK,and now its operating like Thai mobile.Sending SMS's,show numbers etc.I can just swich off to my origin Sim card and call anonymously,but it's expensive.

Rami: That is a tough one, in the U.S. all you have to do is dial *67, (number) and Caller ID is blocked. Remember, we asked my friend too and she didnt even know what we were talking about. The only options you would have is to 1)call your friend from a local phone (but she would then know you are in BKK) or 2)I could call you and then transfer you over to her, and she would just see my number. Your other option (and I am sure the safest option) would be to not call her at all  . Let me know
ps How did your night at Nana turn out? Mine went well, afterwards, she took me to all these nasty go-gos (I'm talking pretty raunchy) and then fed me cooked bugs (which were actually pretty good) on the way home. Then the next day, she turned into a raving lunatic, I got rid of her and now I am trying to forget her.

- dont know whats happening, but notice more often than not these days, a call from an overseas number, often gets diverted thru a Thai mobile number .... ? e...g. 0014109800, which adds to the confusion - or perhaps just a way for AIS to get a few xtra mil ...

We have been in short time hotel,I think the name is PB hotel.Nice one,I liked.By the way don't stay at Nana House Sukhumvit soi 3,police busted this place before too days.Maybe it'll happen again.It damn great to find yourself at Lumpini police station ay 7 am......

RAMI,
If I understood you right, you want to call somebody's
mobile (from your mobile) without registering your
number - just seeing in their mobile screen
"unavailable" instead of your number.
If you have your mobile
1. Go to Menu
2. Press "Call Related Features"
3. Look for "Restrict My Phone Number"
4. Press "Restrict ID On Next Call"
