I'm trying to call a few TG's cellphone numbers in Pattaya from the USA and can't get thru to any of them.
the number is in this format: 01-999-9999.
I'm dialing 011-66-38-01-999-9999 but not working. Can anyone help me dial correctly?

Drop the '0' in the mobile number I think and try that, so 66 38 1 9999999, not sure, but can only try. oops, silly me I think, you dont have to dial the Pattaya area code for mobile, so just try 66 1 9999999

TC, you will have this poor soul dialing 011-0066-1-9999999. He will never get his honey or anyone's honey dialing these numbers.

From the US, you will dial 011-66-1-9999999. If she doesn't answer, she may be with Naughty or some other depraved type person.
There have only been about 25 threads on this but I am too lazy to look them up....you are too, huh?

Don't believe any of these guys. You will have to call the '38'. It should work.
But remember, she has to notify you when she makes a trip outside the Pattaya area. For example if she goes to Bangkok for an hour it changes to '2' and then continues to Chiang Rai, it will change to '53' and so on.
So she needs to keep in contact with you all the time when travelling....

Dr. Lub, you will further confuse this poor lad. He has already told you the girl's number is 999-9999.
I have just checked with both PTT and TAT and have been told this is a special number that does not require the appropriate city code to be dialed in addition to all those other numbers. In effect, this is a magic number.
Now, if he is dialing any other number than 999-9999, then I guess your information is as reliable as usual.

Thanks for the info, but I'm let me clarify...
I should leave out the "38" pattaya city code and leave out the "0" cellphone prefix.
Therfore, I dial 011-66-1-999-9999.
Is this right?
