Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me the actual costs for phone calls in Thailand - I went into the TOT office and asked for a price list but they said "no have"...
What I'd like to know, for sure is:
* home phone to home phone, within Pattaya
* home phone to home/business phone, Pattaya to Bangkok
* mobile to home phone, within Pattaya [12Call]
* mobile to mobile, within Pattaya
* home phone to "Upcountry" [Sawannaphum] mobile
* mobile to "Upcountry"
etc...
If anyone has already broken it down and worked out which way is cheaper, I'd love to know...
