They are not easy to find over here at all. I bought one in Pattaya in the end for about 3,000 Baht but using it over the internet winthin Thailand is just so bad that most of the time it is not worth the effort.
Anyway I found it here http://www.asianettelephone.com they operate from a shop in Rungland in South Pattaya, just over the road from CAT (Intenrationl Telephone Office).

Easiest way is to buy one through e-bay Singapore or Hong Kong. Cheap and convenient.

taxin owns so much telco stuff he is purposefully holding back VoIP... Even our local paper was going to write a pice I wrote about it but the editor pulled it as apparently they could get a lot of shit from it..
I use skype about 2 - 4 hours a day for biz and personal..
