There are several shops in the road at the Gulliver's end of KSR (Thanon Chakkra Phong I think).
There may be a few in KSR as well, haven't really noticed. Turn left past Gulliver's and there they are. As well as used cameras they also sell used camcorders. There are also a couple of places in MBK that sell used cameras and camcorders.
