Guys.. I've just signed up to an excellent (so far) ADSL supplier at my apartment on Suk 11. It's 512 connection. It's usually 600 baht per month, but by signing up for a year in advance I've negotiated down to 400 per month. In fact, I also got the first month half price, so the actual cost is only 383 baht per month.
Installation free of course.
The suppliers can only install in Sukhumvit area. If you're interested, PM me for details.

Unless I've got hold of the wrong end of the stick, the same site also says:

Actually, it doesnt really clarify.
You see Jasmine International is largely owned by Dr. Adisai Bodharamik who was one of the founders of TT&T. It is therefore rather strange to find that Jasmine is offering ADSL through TRUE (TA) or in Bangkok at all. TT&T's network is outside of Bangkok. (It does offer this service, you can see it on their website). But it is much higher priced as they have to pay substantial interconnect charges to TRUE.
Anyways, my best guess is that your ISP is actually Qnet (www.qnet.co.th) who offer an unlimited 256/128 ADSL service for TOT customers only for Bt550/month. (This is a joint venture between Lenso and the TOT).
I think CS Loxinfo offer a similar service - again only for TOT BKK customers.
TRUE have a special Bt590/month offer if you use the Ta TRUE network.

To clarify (now that I'm back at home and reading from the info sheet) :
- Unlimited 24 hours usage of broadband internet, always connected
- Bandwidth 512/256kbps best effort basis
- One email address up to 2mb
- ISP is JI-Net.
Monthly service fee is 600 baht on monthly basis, 500 per month for six month prepaid and 400 per month for twelve month contract paid in advance. First month 50% off.
Company is Aji Co Ltd. I'll PM details to anyone interested in contact numbers etc. The guy installing it did say it was limited to Sukhumvit area so far.

Actually you may have no choice if you go for the cheaper options.
Both Qnet and Loxinfo can only be installed with TOT rather than TA (True) lines and I suspect that Ji-net's offering would be the same. (Why would True let ji-net use there lines?)
