Any idea where would be the better place shop a digital camera flash memory?
In America, the cheapest deal I've been for 256M flash card memery is around $25.
Would it be cheaper or more expensive in BKK?

Count on THB 2,250 - THB 2,750 for a compact flash card (256Mb).
So around US$55-70.

Just bought 512M memory for $40 in USA. After $20 rebate, the final price will be only $20  . It seems electronics are much more expensive in BKK.

Don't trust ebay price. That's $20 euro. (~$32 USD)
Plus, after adding redicules shipping price, the total price is usually ~$45.
For computer parts and memories, usually you find better deal in http://www.pricewatch.com than ebay.
I check pricewatch quite often, it is a very good resource. I personally like e-bay though because I also sell a lot of stuff on there. But as you mentioned, you have to be very careful of the fine print, shipping is normally about 3 or 4 times what it should be. All I ever charge is actual shipping.
