Bros. Last night I was slumming in NEP. Tried to call up a few friends. However instead of the normal signal strength meter I was seeing some weird icon. My phone said "Limited Service". Never was able to make a call while inside NEP. Have NEP installed a jammer such as those available in U.S.A. to be used in churches & hospitals & other places where mobile phone use is disruptive &/or dangerous?

The lower floor Go Go's in Nep have always had little or no Cell Phone reception (well at least for the past few years I have been going there). It just the placement of the Cell, not blocking!

Does depend which Bars, the bars on the right side at ground level, which are R1 & R2 plus PS have always had problems!

Note to Taksin: Please install one cellular tower inside NEP. We can then affix bamboo shacks (beer bars) to it.
