If you have a static IP address at your local system, just set up a proxy on there, and surf through that (assuming you are not in a country that blocks traffic). Alternatively, have a buddy with a static IP do the same for you.

Based on the question, I was assuming that access to the network settings would be possible for the original poster - but even if not, the same proxy can be set up and simply visited via a browser.
But yeah, you're right - if he's trying to bypass corporate settings, it'll take a bit more finesse, but as most corporate security measures are quite incompetent, not *that* much more finesse.

Thanks. Lots of reading, but I will plow through it. ALthough I already know that Anonymizer and Proxify do not work. Like Compexec indicated, Websense has already blocked everything those two programs can do.

One sure fire way to get past it is to become the head of IT or IT Security, you need to validate the sites it's blocking and make exceptions.
