Anyone have any idea as to why my PC at work will not refresh the last 25 or Talk?

It takes 15 - 20 minutes for either of these features to update.

I cannot enjoy the flow of wit in Talk as I cannot see any responses for 20 minutes.

All other sites / forums are fine

My PC at home is fine.

Sounds like its a problem with your cache. Hold down control and hit refresh, should sort it out.

Cheers bach.....sorta works, it clears it when I do it and refreshes, but it's not a permanent fix, I still have to do it next time
