All the above are Microsoft products so I would say none of them. Maybe there is something other than Microsoft but I am not sure.

98, XP and 2000 are fine. If things come up garbled, just right-click and choose Encoding - Thai

Macintosh. Since 1985. Now even better with OS X.
Seriously. While a Mac user, I'm trying not to be zealous. Best international language support, bar none.

An easy way to get your message thru is use the following site, posted before: http://www.learningthai.com/translator/index.htm. I have used it before with e-mails and although now 100% pefect it is pretty close and gets the meaning thru. You write in english and it translates in Thai (all characters for you) then paste and put in your e-mail. Also, I have found XP seems to work the best, but this program above does not matter as long as you have the lastest MS internet explorer. Hope it helps you.

Sorry, that should have read although not 100% correct, Believe I wrote now 100% correct. It's also free. the guy that wrote it is pretty damn smart and I believe trained in silicone valley in the states.
