I'm thinking of bringing a small Lcd TV (15"-17") from the as the prices in BKK are 3-4 times that in UK. I can get around the plug with an adaptor but I would like to know if the set will pick up TV channels in Thailand.Can anyone advise me?
I do not think it will work as they operate on a different system than the UK. Tv sets are not that expensive in Thailand unless you want the advanced sets, you can buy an ordinary set pretty cheap.
