Yeah I know this is not the best place to post about this topic but really have no idea as there are no ebay or yahoo auctions in Bkk which is in Eng (as far as I know).
So the question is where is the best place to advertise my notebook. Live in Japan and bought a Dell Latitude D400 1.5yrs ago now company bought me a new one and I want to get rid of this one ASAP. Am leaving Japan next week coming to Thai and thought maybe I can get rid of it here.
Basic specs are 1.8Ghz, 512MB, 60GB HD, Ext CD drive, Smart card, centrino chip (wireless onboard), firewire, IR, 8 cell battery, WXP Pro, Office 2003 Pro....weighs only 2.1kg.
Anyone interested can check out full specs on dell site, model is same as D410 just a tad older.
Will offload it for $1000 USD.
Any ideas on classifieds sites would be appreciated.

In this case Mr Alan and I agree. 
Currently looking at a new Compaq notebook with 1.8 GZ Centrino, 1GB RAM, 100GB HD, G standard Wireless, Multimedia Speakers, International Warrenty, etc for USD 1300 and that is at CompUSA in Detroit.
A new Compaq System I looked at in Singapore (with similar specs to the one Kinkjp has) is 1800 with International Warrenty.
I suspect a new notebook would be much cheaper at Pantip or at Fortune Center.
I would suggest selling it in Japan...
