You can install a "keylogger" which plugs in between the keyboard and the computer and every keystroke on that keyboard is recorded.You just use Notepad to view the results.

I use webwatcher. Excellent piece of software. Just install it on the target computer and you can view what the user is doing from anywhere ( it stealthily uploads what the user is doing to a server with screenshots if you configure it for that ).
You then connect to the server using a browser and the internet and view the content
If anyone has a tgf with their own computer maybe I can help find out what she is really up to
