Anyone have step-by-step instructions for how to configure a browser to 'go outside' its own country? Various searches, including on youtube, have yielded nothing.

Most free proxies would be too slow. And many are not configured properly.
There is the option of paying for a proxy server connection. This one claims compatibility with BBC...
