A lot of shops available but quality is very poor in most of them, including photo shop in Emporium.
Any recommendation available?

The 11 Digital guys produce pretty decent prints, you can find them on soi 11, Nana Square on soi 3, and there is probably another branch somewhere along Sukhumvit Road as well, if I am not mistaken on the corner of soi 11/1. There is also a Kodak print shop on soi 4, before Nana Plaza

If you happen to be near Central Chitlom sometime, the photo shop next to Power Buy does good quality reproductions.

Actually, it all depends on how the image is enlarged. If you used the default setting on PhotoShop, it wouldn't really be mosaiced as I had mentioned earlier, but it would be blurred. And depending on the printing process, you could an enlargement which could look decent at a distance of say 10 feet. 
Since I have PhotoShop, I have enlarged the image for you to 54 x 54 cm, and I have also increased the resolution to 300 dpi (from the given 72 dpi). The uncompressed file size is 38 MB, but when saved as JPEG, at level 10, it's only 1.6 MB. Here you go.
