Everything Expat67 said, plus the ladies had brown eyes and brown skins. Most were from upcountry. I had a very pleasant time, but Arramsey should not go because several times, my massuese invoked the name of God, and I know that Arramsey has his limits.

Opens at 11:30 daily. Good sauna with cold plunge - gets busy on weekend afternoons (duh...). Around 50 employees, all of them with training certificates from Wat Po. TTM @ 400/2 and OM @ 450/1 (this is spendy, but the OM rooms are clean and pleasant... though small). Quality of massage here is uniformly good to excellent. HJ is part of the service profile, but FS is rare... the house keeps a close eye on this (strange, given that Dai Ichi is under the same ownership and FS is routinely offered there).
Not easy to find, but good parking when you get there and also convenient to the Saen Seap klong ferry. No recommendations required... I've been a regular for years and have never had a poor massage.

Tried both Rajadamri and Dai Ichi for TTM last week.
Rajadamri: 400b, 2 hrs, good massage but not great.
Girl was interested in massaging "him" for the tips but
declined. Room OK, ambience so-so.
Dai Ichi, 300b, 2 hrs, better massage than Rajadamri,
no attempt at hand job, ambience about the same, but
overall better experience. The best TTM for me continues to be out on Ratchada at small place next to
Samboon at 200b for 2 hrs and very rigorous massage.

The "standard" is evolving, like standards often do... when I arrived in Bangkok the handjob was definitely not part of the SoP at TTM or OM venues... it existed, but was the province of a minority of providers on the fringe. That has changed, for better or for worse... it is now rare to encounter an OM provider that does not offer hand relief (or more) and increasingly the TTM providers do the same. Availability is dependent more on "house policy" than on individual provider... most masseuses understand the improved revenue potential of offering extras, but if doing so contradicts their work rules then most will not risk violating the rules.
Rajadamri and Dai Ichi are great examples of how this dynamic works in practice... at Rajadamri the TTM girls do not cross over to OM and most TTMers do not offer the handjob even though it is routine with the OM. At Dai Ichi the masseuses rotate between TTM and OM, so they all know the game... hj (or fs) is guaranteed with the OMers if you want it and I would say that 50% of the TTMers carry a small bottle of oil and provide the hand finish if asked, though they have to be discreet about it since they are operating behind curtains rather than walls.
The problem now is that providers are too pushy about the extras... many give only a desultory massage and want to fast forward to the easy money, administer a guick tug and send the customer on his way with minimum expenditure of energy... You can't really blame them because they are simply responding to market demand, but for those of us who appreciate a solid massage the extras game is a mixed blessing.
