Not cheap, and don't offer full services as far as I know, but will ensure you leave the Land of Smiles with a smile of your own!

this was posted by GREEKELVIS from Nanapong. I can verify this as a friend of mine tried it and told me about it afterward as well. That was several years ago though... Anyway, here are the info.

Bangkok Int'l Airport
Barbers shop 2nd floor of Don Muang airport. You don't even need to leave the airport. You must go to Terminal 2, upper level. The beauty shop/barber is located right next to the entrance to the car park (garage).
- You go in and say you'd like a "good full service haircut".
- The receptionist will show you a book of various hairstyles (these are all somewhat out of date), you should pick the style that you want or try to describe it to the receptionist yourself.
- After getting your hairstyle desires down, she will bring out another book of 4 to 6 girls. These are your "service providers".
The receptionist will lead you to a private room that looks much like a regular barbershop (barber chair, sink, etc). There is also a "love seat" type sofa bed. Now you get your cut first, then service. Price is negotiated separate from the regular haircut. I hear B1000 is about right for this. Total time involved, about 90 mins from start to end.
There are several haircut places in the airport (the others are located AFTER you clear passport control. But as far as I hear it, these facilities are just that, haircut.

The info from Nanapong is badly out of date, and probably not correct even when it was posted. The barber shop described is still there, operating under the improbable name of "Louis Tavern" (the same outfit that manages one of the CIP lounges). But the only service they offer is haircuts, which are poor. They claim to have "electric massage" (WTF would you want with an electric massage in Bangkok?)... but last time I was in there the chair was broken.

I had a couple of hours to kill a few weeks ago while catching a flight down to Phuket. A busy time around the new year and I had gone to try and catch an earlier flight but all the flights were totally packed out even in business class so now I was stuck in Domestic with about three hours to go before my flight. I remember reading here about a massage place in the international check-in so I decided to have a wander over.
Eventually I found it in Terminal 1 on the second floor the furthest possible distance from domestic.
I went in and they showed me the price list 1000baht for a 45min TTM, what?
Bollocks to that, I thought there would be a better place in the Amari Airport Hotel so I took a walk over there. I had a look around and saw only a small shop that was doing massage but it was busy and they said it would be half an hour before someone was available.
So I decided to go back into the airport and see if I could find anywhere else in there, but as I was walking back over the link bridge I saw a sign for Massage that appeared to be pointing to the Railway so as I got level with the railway platform I looked down and right at the very end of the platform was a sign saying massage. O.K. I thought lets go and have a look.
About halfway accross the link bridge there is a rampway down to the railway platform so I went down there and went right to the end of the platform, the very last shop. I went inside and there was about there were no customers and about three girls in there with the shops owner and a really old guy in chair/bed hooked up to a oxygen line who looked like he was going to croak it at any time.
Only TTM available here 300baht 1 hour and I think 500 (could have been 600) baht for two hours.
By now I only had time for about 1.30 to 1.45 so I said I'll pay for the two hour but I'll have to leave a bit before o.k. no problem.
So I get changed into the old pyjamas and the girl starts with the massage, about half an hour into it i'm nice and relaxed and starting to drift off a bit when all of a sudden the building starts shaking and I wake up to an almighty thunderous and violent comotion I almost jumped straight out the fecking shop in my natty pyjamas only to look around to see everbody in the shop in fits of laughter, seems it was only the local goods train passing through (well it scared the sh_t out of me). After I calmed down and everbody else had stopped laughing we carried on with the massage.
Another two or three trains passed through but it was o.k. I knew what was happening.
So just a TTM with no extras but a lot better way to while away a couple of hours than sat in the airport.
