Actually xxxzz is correct of course and this Suzi does not exist.
However what does exist in approximately that location is RAMA III Plaza which has an elevator: cafe with Isaan music on 5th floor and massage of 3rd floor. It opens at noon. Here's how I came by exploring it today:
As Rama III is in my zone of control, I've often noticed these two mp's, one on each side of the road. NWD (transliteration) they say in big signs, no English signs. The weather's been cool so I walked down.
