I actually had a look at this place yesterday, was in a hurry though, so didn't get a session.
It looked like a "Akane"/Sazanka kind of thing where HJ is included in the "courses". Price level same as those also.

"Kankoku (style) esute" (written in Japanese) is on the sign. That's a plus.  Kankoku esute means Korean Massage and in Japan it's usually a table wash, and hopefully the girl plays with you for a hard-on which is one of my favourite turn ons. The fact the sign says "no tip" means it's insulting to give a tip in a Japanese establishment and they are trying to portray that to foreigners written in English. That means extras are included according to the course up front. Foreigners feel oblidged to tip and I can understand that. But in Japan, it is never to be done. I tip in Thailand all the time, but when I go into places that are catering to Japanese and speak Japanese, they are selling "no tipping" so I don't tip.
I'd like to read a review of this place. I'm quite interested in finding more places like Sanzanka.

Gyaos- Thank you for that fascinatingly informative post. I, too, am a big fan of Sazanka style places. I'll pay this place a visit in a couple of days and see how it stacks up to the Sazanka' and Akane's.

Did the place last night. They are patterned on Sazanka almost to the T: same locker setup, chilled moist towlette freshener, complimentary beverage and so on.
Menu had five options with the top tier at Bt1280 for a two hour session. and four options below that. The girls are showcased in a notebook with stickers posted as to availability. Didn't seem to have enough girls on the payroll though, considering how many were left for us to choose from amongst the prolific out-on-holiday stickers.
I took Eri, who at 148cms was the shortest ever provider know. Turns out she was sickly that day but still managed to give an awesomely attentive servicing. Her happy ending technique was also very impressive- lots of perineum and testicular attention.
Quite the outdoorsy type as well. Getting to know the specifics was quite enjoyable.
As far as the venue itself it is a notch below Sazanka's and Akane's but adequate and clean. A very spartan beige is best way to describe it. The service rooms and showers are on the third floor and the stairs seem steep-although there did appear to be a lift. Tile floors everywhere are for me a letdown as was the abscence of her kneeling to towel your feet between the body scrub room-massage room and then again at the final shower room-massage room transit.
Eri turned out to be too much of a sweetie for me to try and get a grope while she was doing her thing. Still might go back and try on another day though, as she was easily packing some D cup hooters on her.
Oh, and a final word of caution: Do NOT TRUST the downstairs locker set-up. I'd come with a colleague who took the one hour option to my two. He told me this morning that when he'd come down he mistakenly inserted his key into my locker and only realized the err when it opened onto my possessions. Same key to all perhaps...
