Garden Spa .... from the outside to the lobby area, it looks like a presentable establishment. The menu is quite standard except that they have got 2 types of rooms : normal and VIP. The normal room is a standard sized room with the elevated massage bed (the one with a hole to place your face) in so that you can lie flat on your body while the VIP is much larger with 4 mattresses on the floor. In other words, more roomy.
None of the rooms come equipped with a private bath. So you have to take your bath or take a pee at the common bath-toilet located off the common corridor. Not too sure about the sauna or jac because I was more keen on the massage.
No options were presented for MP girl picking. You can't even view the MP girl. It is assigned to you at random. By the way the one I had was really a 'turn off'.
I can only recall some of the items pricing :
Sauna/Jacuzzi (all day) : Bt 320
Thai Massage per hour : Bt 150 (in normal room)
: Bt 250 (in VIP room)
Oil Massage per hour : Bt 400 (in normal room)
: Bt 500 (in VIP room)
The bathroom was really below my expectations and the heater is quite old and doesn't seem to work. By the way I took the Bt 500 option for 1hr and I was appalled! The bathroom-toilet was located on the level of the VIP rooms.
Recommended attire when visiting is T-shirt and shorts and SLIPPERS!
I didn't bother to check out the sauna/jaccuzzi facility, maybe next time or maybe not.
Just my two-cents worth.

By the way last time I regular Silom Sauna in Sukhumvit Soi 31. They have a Sauna, Jacuzzi,Massage, Fruits and Drinks.
Is this place still around??
The entrance fee is 150.00 THB. Its a regular place, were you can work out and just relax from the day. The girls might give you a HJ if you tip them. The people are very polite. They even answer your mobile phone and bring it to you, when somebody is calling you. I like the place and I go there after work when I was station in Bangkok last time, relax and work out, change my clothes and head out for a Singha later.

Update.... I spent about 3 hours there last week, and tried the aromatherapy massage. The lady was good, but I didn't care for the type of oil they use... it's more like a lotion that has to be kept warm, and because it is thicker it also has to be applied more frequently in smaller doses. I found the whole process distracting.
Also damned pricey. The charge is 700/hr as opposed to about 450 for the "normal oil". The girl told me that she has to buy her own oil, and that a small (4-5 oz) bottle goes for 250 baht. Screw that.... stick with the old standby.
The rest of the pricing is roughly as posted by Adhoc earlier.

Garden Spa has a nice jacuzzi section all though a bit old. Personally I have always been having good luck with the girls - both for Thai and oil massage, both going the whole nine.....
Yes, the shower and toilet facilites isn't the most up scale, but compared to the actual price you pay, I think it's fair.
Like any other place, I think if you go there more than once, they girls starts to know - and talk - about you, and if you have a good reputation amongst them, they will be more willing to do - a much better - massage...  )
Interesting info about Silom sauna in soi 31, always thought it was a gay place - thanks for that one!
