I was on a solo trip and was a bit intimidated by Grace and all of the horrible stories people say. I saw tons of activities going on outside of NEP and the parking lot of Nana Hotel. But I had just gotten off the plane and the mass confusion there was a bit too much for me at that time.
Next time I go with some friends, I'll probably give Grace a try. Plus I'll probably try to arrive in Thailand during my usual day time, instead of after 1 AM again. No more China Airline for me, only Cathay Pacific.

Try Eva Air, they usually arrive around 11 am.
Well this time grace was packed with farangs. I seen more farangs than middle easterns. Well I am half and half so I usually fit well in grace. Yeah when you have too many choices, usually you end up with nothing because you are so confuse and overwhelmed

for economy to economy class, Cathay is better from what I hear. The Eva Deluxe class is about the same as Cathay's economy class, but about $200 more. And I like the stop being in HK rather than Taipei as well. I'm trying to find one airline(s) within one mileage club that I like and use it at a constant basis so that I can get rewarded on miles. Up until now, I have miles from all these different airlines that belong to different programs, I'm basically just wasting the miles right now.
From what I hear, you should go to Grace hotel with a buddy, especially the first time. So, this is what I plan to do.

Well if I was around, I wouldn't mind taking you there. Yeah thats not a bad idea at all. But try Siam coffee shop, I heard quality is much better there.
