All this is for Poseidon:
VIP room adds 300 Baht (same but just bigger)
2 rooms suite with common living room, stocked fridge, etc for 3 hours adds 1,200 baht
2 rooms as above but in addition jacuzzi and sauna (or steam) adds 1,700 .....
and so with price going up for 3 rooms, 4, 5 all the way to 11.
The 11 room one goes for 18,000 Baht extra. Some of the multi room suites had sauna and some steam room; all have jacuzzi (so they say). I have never gone overanything bigger that the 2 room suites yet (waiting for Griffin to get back and get a gang together).
EDIT: Big room (for 1 customer) with sauna is 400 extra.

A word of caution here guys... I have used a home sauna for over 30 years and the number of women I have found who enjoy sauna is a very small percentage of the female population. This is particularly true with Thai girls, who are averse to "sweat" in the same way that they avoid exposure to the sun. So it would be a good idea to make your requirement known upfront so you get a partner who is willing to endure the session in the sauna.
Baron has a sauna room, but it would not be practical for any sexual acrobatics because it is basically a "one seater".
33 Center also has a good sauna, and big enough for stretching out (takes 30-40 minutes to heat up, so plan on some leadtime). Book Ms "Bee"; she's a very game lady and has joined me in the sauna... she has given me head in the sauna and would probably screw depending on how busy the place was (foot traffic goes past the sauna door). She speaks enough English that you could get the arrangements in place before you start to avoid misunderstanding.
BK: that's a hell of a value at Plaza... I was quoted 6K for the big party suite last time I asked at Caesar's...

The girls I've been with said that int he sauna they will lose the make up completely. They also said that after using the sauna it demands a lot of time before getting ready and seat again on their working places. Some other times they said "....loooon maaak maak...."
