I agree with Meat and KS, Healthland is a very "spaa-ish" sort of feel if you know what I mean. More like a doctors waiting room reception than a MP. I wouldn't think they allowed it - but the VIP rooms are very private and with lockable doors. 
The problem is you do not select the lady, reception does it for you, unless you are a regular and know the girls name.
True confession:  I have had a "Doctor" massage there - big mistake! I had to phisically lift the little git off my legs, because he was standing on my thighs and using the curtain-rail to give him a little more leverage. Hurt like bloody hell. 
I have had a traditional Thai massage there in one of the VIP rooms. I am sure the lady was "up for it" but would need alot of coaxing (e.g. money)

Thanks guys, enjoyed your comments. Actually, have been quite a regular at Health Land for the past few month, and could never found anybody who is willing to do the extra. So in response to Samthedog, I guess there is something that could not be bought.
As for oil massage places in the bangna area, I enjoy going to Udomsuk Pathaway - I think this is the name. This place is about 2-300m from Srinakarin Road - on the right hand side. 300bht per hour for oil and 150bht for TTM. For oil massage, you get a room with private shower in it, which is a must for me. Usually would go for about 2-3hours, I found it to be much more enjoyable than TTM after a round of golf.

Thanks for the FR, my experience was more recent than yours, about a month ago. It seems that some ground rules have changed. For one, I was told the girls are not allowed to in full service inside the joint, but okay to leave with a customers for ST, then they would return to the place.
I did saw some REALLY stunning girls, better than those in Pegasus, IMHO. I asked around, and found out that they are karaoke girls. Maybe should go for karaoke next time rather than massage.

Sorry don't have a card of Jarin, but it is on Srinakarin Road heading towards Pattanakarn Road. You have to go over Seacon Square and over the intersection of Soi On Nut, it's on the left hand-side about 2-3km after the On Nut intersection.
You could see a big signboard of Jarin - the restaurant, don't worry it's the same owner, the message/karaoke is just next to it. So get off at the restaurant and you should be able to find your way to it.
