I am again impressed by the wide knowledge of Deep File. Would be interesting if you could post a little about your time in BKK.
Interesting you should mention Oscar (the one near Oscar Apartment on Petchburi, right?) They indeed had this service in the old days. I have no idea if it still exists. Another barber shop with this service was on Suriwong near Patpong where a former employee of Takara MP set up a barber shop with combos. Unfortunately the haircut always turned out as a disaster, but who cared as the other part was OK? This was before things became orderly and streamlined. If somebody knows if any similar place still exists, please post.

The hairdresser in the departures lounge (after passport control) near the transfer area. Good service and a good haircut! Worth arriving a bit early for your flight out.

The seedier lowend barber joints are an art form in their own right.... Oscar is the same as it has been for the 20+ years that I have frequented the place. Same carpet too... so it will not appeal to most. Ditto for PP barber on the same soi... same ownership, just 200 meters further in. I'm currently cultivating a 19 year old newbie there, so forgive me if I don't post the address...
Open at 9am.... my kind of place.

By good service, do you mean that this magical hairdresser gave you happy ending in the airport on the other side of customs?
If you just mean she was a good barber, well, BFD. No offense intended, of course.
