Just for clarification, is it 1.5k for FS in addition to the standard massage cost?

You negotiate with the individual lady.
One lady will quote you her price.
Another lady will quote you a different one.
There isn't a standard price fixing on the menus downstairs for hj, bj and fs, but they usually correlate as the ladies come to a general agreement in most places, but this is not set in stone....and once in a while, if you are looking for discounts and you happen to go regularly to one provder, then you might strike lucky.
