A few years ago in Europe I was using a credit card and found that the exchange rate used by the credit card company was a bit different than what was available locally.....more for them naturally. don't know if that has changed but it's why I use cash or tc.

Well, business was slow, so she thought SOME business was better than no business. She wasn't too concerned about cash flow at that point in time. Besides, I made good on the 30 day credit.
