Bottom line is, if pressed, or drunk, or high, 95% of TGs will not worry too much about the condom - so why arent they all dropping dead ? - Im afraid I dont worry about HIV, [ or in my days of freedom that was ] unless it was a case of blood to blood, hence keep the KY handy ! - thinks JDs is the answer allright CraigO, Sambuka, well maybe, especially if you throw a nip of baileys ontop of it !

I knew HIV was a problem in LOS and sex w/o a condom in a P4P situation was foolish regardless of the country, but I was surprised when someone threw the numbers in my face.

LOS has similar HIV prevalence numbers to Hati/DR, factoring in that LOS is 4x the population. I would'nt let my neighbors dog hump something from Hati/DR. I humbly apologize to all Hatian board members for that remark.
Surprising was that the PI has much lower numbers and it is also considered a "Sex Tourist" hangout. Maybe they use the lemon juice trick like in Laos. LOS better step up their HIV prevention, but can you trust numbers from a CIA web site ? Regardless of all this, one is insane not to use a condom with P4P.

more positive news than the cia report is that there was an estimated 143,000 new HIV infections in the kingdom in 1991, but last year only 24,000 new infections.
this is tremendous progress and things are looking a lot better than they were ten years ago.

There have been several recent studies that debunk the previous believe that things that act like spermicides also prevent AIDs. New studies show that these chemicals can irritate and inflame the vagina, increasing the chances of contracting HIV.
ANY transmission of body fluid carries a risk of HIV transmission. Some are microscopically small like frenching and some are almost sure fire like sharing infected needles.
As for oral, you can get a dental dam. Its basically a sheet of latex rubber you put over the sensitive areas. Be sure to lube her side.
Anyone try the durian flavored condoms yet?

I seem to recall reading that the ancient Egyptian women used a half of lemon rind inserted in the vagina as a diaphragm/contraceptive device. You can double-check this, but I don't think I've killed those particular brain cells yet ...
