The competition from many of the big MP's can keep business scarce at a place like Aviva. The good news is that you have to hike to get to Catherines or Poseidon, and you definitely don't want to do that from about 5 to 8 at night. The traffic is a nighmare. (I reported that one night it took almost 1 1/2hrs to go from the Landmark to Catherines)
So, these Sukhumvit neighbors parlors can do ok if they get some advertising or someone hands out flyers on the street. Or, we chat up the place here. If it was my place, I'd find a way to offer leg massages or similar to get people in the door, but their space is limited.
They need to find a "gimmick"......

Some days in Bangkok – my personal update
