Probably a dumb question,but,has anyone bothered to ask Khun Saeng if she would mind if her picture was posted on this site? Her answer would certainly shed light on the many questions of respect and responsibility that have aired here and would provide some guidance on the subject.

i agree that posting the faces of TGs are ok....if done in an orderly manner....
with permission or not, khun saeng already could not control this forum discussing about her and the services she provides.....
some even posted that she liked being talked about and enjoyed the "superstar" status in barons...
girls are commonly exploited in advertising one way or another... and SEX REALLY DO SELL....
Just take a look at Poseidon and NewCleo's website.
The models' pictures/bio/stats are there to tempt all of us to check it out.........
If only Barons had an oficial website....

seems to be an even split about wether these pictures should be seen.
but the original course of the question was someone sending someone else a PM with a girls picture.
is that so bad?.
many of you have seen pictures of some of the girls i know,but only 1 person sends me pictures.
many people requested my photo's and being the sort i person i am,i shared.
i don't think this is such a bad thing.
surely just the same as showing people your holiday snaps.
but on the other hand,some of my pictures have appeared on the website that ABC set up.
have sent them for general viiewing,but without the girls knowledge or permission.
does this make me a bad person?,exploiting them.

but a PM to the members in my oipinion is no hardship.
i gather i'm in the minority because i send pics to other people.

I think if people was to share appropriate images of the females, then they should do so. Again, I do not see any difference between sending the images out via email and posting them. The images still get circulated around.
As for letting the females know. It is up to that individual. If they do not want to it's cool just as long as they are not exploiting the females images. I mean, if they allow you to take a picture of them, I am sure they expect you to show it to your friends, ect.
Anyways, again, just my 2 cents on big issue.

I do not see any difference between sending them out via email and showing them on a site. Her images is still circulated around without her knowledge. Once the images is sent to one person, there is no gurantee that that person will not send it to a friend and so on.
If you truly believe this then the logical conclusion is that everyone should be free to post all their pictures of the girls to the general public. Because once the girl allows her picture to be taken (even if "just for my own personal use" ) she has no guarantee of how it will be used, so it is the same, right?
This shows the flaw in your belief. Sending pictures to a few trusted friends (even if they are just internet buddies) is different than posting them. There is some level of trust involved and when emailing the pictures the "friend" now has the burden of discretion based on him. Certainly the trust can be betrayed (or degraded slowly over time), but it is not the same thing as just posting them.

I talked already to BK. He did scan the pics at the moment and WE ARE THINKING ON WHAT'S THE BEST WAY to protect the images e.g. make them difficult to download, set up of a members area only, etc....
I think it is reasonable to limit the viewing of the gallery only to regular members of the board. Perhaps limit it only to posters who can be viewed as trustworthy (i.e. those who have more than, say 100 or 200 posts and have not yet been banned; of course anyone who just makes 100 dummy posts should get banned immediately).
I can tell by your posts that you're under no delusions that you can prevent others from downloading and distributing these images, but you're sensible to at least make it more difficult.
So for any images posted to this gallery there should be an implicit contract. 1) No images shall be posted if the girl has explicitly requested that the images not be put on the internet. 2) No member should distribute the images to other websites or even e-mail them to non-members. Certainly both rules will be broken at some point, but we can at least start out by acting in good faith.
