Actually, it's a myth. The girls are not the same as those from Angel 22, most are the same as were there from the place before Honey.

I tried this in Kuala Lumpur recently at a massage & spa salon - they're quite common. The place I went to had a Japanese style garden with rocks & bonsais etc, and a panelled wooden deck that extended around the pond & channels.
For those who haven't been: It's a very strange feeling - the fish swarm over your legs & feet from the moment you put them in the water (cold too) - it tickles like all hell, and reduced the big strong 6'5" bloke that I am to fits of giggles.
It's a pleasant enough experience I suppose, and a good one to say you've done, if only to use in conversation, but I wouldn't go again. I find a foot scraping is much more effective.
